If you wish to add items to an order that has not yet been shipped, please follow these steps when placing your order:

• After proceeding to checkout, please select "Combine with a previous order" at STEP 2.

• In the remarks section at the bottom of the STEP 2 page, please enter the order number of your previous order.

Please also note the following points when you wish to add an order:

• Even if the total of the first order and the additional order exceeds 3,000 yen, the free shipping service will not be applied.
  
  
• For orders made by cash on delivery or credit card payment, the order will be prepared for shipment as soon as it is received, so additional orders cannot be accommodated.
