Shipping timeframe |
Orders paid by credit card by 3 PM JST on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Pre-ordered items will be shipped on the scheduled shipping date indicated in the payment confirmation email. Please note that there may be delays due to stock shortages or high shipping volumes, and we ask for your understanding in advance. *If you do not receive your item despite having received a shipping notification, and if a tracking number is provided in the notification, please check it and contact the responsible department. |
